Why does every question in the Careers & Employment section of Y!A always receive spam answers?

It’s so overflooding that it would be too time-consuming to report every one of them. I’ve seen questions where someone would ask about resume & cover letter tips, & they get nothing but 20 answers worth of spam. & it happens to me, too. & my questions there never get a proper answer.
