Please don’t tell me “find another job”. I’m in the process of looking for another job but in the meantime, I need to know how to deal with this thorn in my side. She gets away with all her under handed tactics because the boss is under her thumb. She’ll purposely lose or hide critical paperwork. She will password protect public documents that all of us are supposed to have access to. She can’t stop lying and points the finger at everyone (including previous employees) but herself. And that’s just the tip of the iceberg. Just the sight of her makes me physically sick because she causes so much unnecessary stress and strife.
