i would like to seek some advice/tips about new zealand immigrati. i am interested in migrating to the place?

i am a filipino and i am wishing for a greener pasture for bigger reasons like the worsening economic and political situation in my country of origin. i would like to hear comments and suggestions regarding New Zealand, as a place to start a family and a better venue to develop my marketing profession and hone my skills. you see, i came from a 3rd world country. Situation here had pushed professionals away in search for a better life in other developed countries. There are 4 countries, which are frequently migrated, US, Canada, Australia and NZ. Which one’s the best? Assuming that US doesn’t give me an equal employment opportunity so left me for Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Give me hints/tips/advices so, i’ll know if i’ll push through with my independent immigration in New Zealand. I am already on the personal interview stage to be held overseas, Bangkok, Thailand.
