    Answer truthfully but lean towards answers that are positive. Stay away from anything negative or anything against the corporate mentality.

    There is no way to know how to answer, just be truthful about yourself and be positive and think of others, the team player ideal. I always dreaded those but always passed, but I have no idea how they judge the answers.
