her being a stripper does not make her a bad mother..
and her *** life in no ones Business but hers… if she doing this in front of the child.? then nobody should care..
you say she leaves town, does she take the child with her, or does she leave it in the care of someone else..? is this person a harmful person for the child.. ?
you may need a little more then what you have..

Unfortunately, you need to prove to the court that she is an “unfit” mother. Which means, she either has been arrested or has problems with drugs or alcohol. As far as her leaving out of town, as long as she had a “reliable” babysitter, there’s nothing wrong with that. And as her employment goes, its a job. Unfortunately, she can’t be judged for her lifestyle. Good luck!!

Just because she is a stripper doesn’t mean she is an unfit mother. At least she has a job and is taking care of her son, or at least has the means to do so legally.
Do you have proof that she sleeps with guys for money? You would need hard proof, like a picture, but then you violate her privacy rights, unless she is doing this in the streets or other public places.
I would suggest you get a lawyer. If she has one and you do not, her lawyer will eat you and the boyfriend alive when you try to bring up her sleeping with men for money. The judge won’t hear of it, unless you really have proof, but even then, the lawyer will try to dismiss any evidence you have against his/her client.
You should be able to call the strip club to verify her employment, or you could simply go there and see if she dances.
Her moving away, she would have to have visitation agreement between her and the father. Once that is worked out in court, then they will have to be obeyed, or it can be taken back to court and then your boyfriend might have a chance at custody again.
